Got directed here by Factory Sound in South Melbourne and finally found the 2.5mm/3.5mm cable I need. The lady who served me was great. Keen to help and friendly.It was interesting that the gentleman I talked to on the phone sounded like a friendly community middle aged uncle (no offence intended). After I'd parked, I was looking for a shop that's got the similar vibe to Factory Sound. When I stepped into the shop, my oh my, the contrary of what you had in mind and the reality lolIt's a fancy pants shop by its look, but friendly environment. Let's all get something Bose today!

Finally B&O listened and made the EQ Great Again

As a biggest fan and B&O collector I was devastated when the EQ was initially crippled with no Track forward or reverse option but the impossible happened and B&O listened and amend the track control option and made the EQ Great Again and YES it was possible to FIX the track controls by software update
Now the EQ can be truly enjoyed for what it was originally designed for Total Wireless Freedom !!! Everyday With Spectacular sound the very best possible with today Bluetooth 5.2 technology bar none.
This is the buds to own and retire from the hobby and I mean that sincerely after going through 137 of them so far the EQ would wipe the floor with any of the singly or combined number of them !!!
It is pricy but the joy and satisfaction it provides worth every penny any day of the week no matter what genre music you are listening to.

The most beautiful sounding wireless earbuds. It's warm with bass that is punching and rich. The sound experience in my personal opinion is better than Momentum TW 2, Bowers and Wilkins PI7 and definitely Sony wf-1000xm3 which I have all owned and enjoyed. Cons: The volume doesn't get as loud as some of my other earbuds but they should be plenty for most listeners.

Always as a B&O fan , sound and ANC is top In the market not mention about the design and material are worth what u pay for. The only thing that some of people might dislike is there is no skip track function. I have confirmed with B&O HQ and they said this can’t be done by the software update as this is pre-programmed into the earbuds. the store shipment and service are excellent
