    The ND 555 is a state-of-the-art streaming device that merges Naim’s digital and analogue engineering expertise. It features a powerful 40-bit SHARC processor, a suspended brass sub-chassis, and Naim’s best external power supply. The device is designed to deliver an unparalleled listening experience for music enthusiasts.     The Naim ND 555 is a premium network player that combines decades of audio engineering with cutting-edge technology. It features LVDS for high-speed and low noise, minimising timing errors and radiation.

    EXPERT CRAFTSMANSHIP

    The ND 555 uses advanced technology for a superior audio experience. Its streaming section employs Naim’s latest network card, which decodes most HD audio formats up to 32 bits/384 kHz. The streaming board allows our DAC clock to control audio data flow and ensures a stable output. The data is oversampled for 40-bit accuracy and fed into the Burr-Brown® R2R ladder DAC, which delivers exceptional sound quality.

    The ND 555 network player features Naim’s DR regulator technology, providing ultra-pure DC voltage to its sensitive audio circuitry. The analogue stages use high-grade components and are mounted on suspended sub-chassis with brass plates to minimise microphony.

    APP CONTROL

    The Focal & Naim App for iOS and Android allows you to control your Naim products with ease. You can access all your music, sync several Naim players, and explore artist discographies. The app also controls the Naim Uniti Core music server and allows wireless system updates.

    Got directed here by Factory Sound in South Melbourne and finally found the 2.5mm/3.5mm cable I need. The lady who served me was great. Keen to help and friendly.It was interesting that the gentleman I talked to on the phone sounded like a friendly community middle aged uncle (no offence intended). After I'd parked, I was looking for a shop that's got the similar vibe to Factory Sound. When I stepped into the shop, my oh my, the contrary of what you had in mind and the reality lolIt's a fancy pants shop by its look, but friendly environment. Let's all get something Bose today!
