    The CD5si is a high-end CD player that offers a superior musical experience. It builds on the features of its predecessor, the CD5i, and incorporates new technological advances to enhance the listening experience. Upgrades include an improved digital-to-analogue converter chip, a more stable DAC clock, higher voltage power supply rails, a redesigned analogue filter, and CD transport and laser optics.

    The CD5si is built with a rigid, extruded aluminium casing, which provides excellent resistance to external vibrations. Its high-performance drawer and transport mechanism, similar to our premium CDX2 model, ensures low resonance and low inertia disc operation. Moreover, the CD5si has separate digital and analogue power supplies that offer superior isolation of sound-critical electronics.

    Got directed here by Factory Sound in South Melbourne and finally found the 2.5mm/3.5mm cable I need. The lady who served me was great. Keen to help and friendly.It was interesting that the gentleman I talked to on the phone sounded like a friendly community middle aged uncle (no offence intended). After I'd parked, I was looking for a shop that's got the similar vibe to Factory Sound. When I stepped into the shop, my oh my, the contrary of what you had in mind and the reality lolIt's a fancy pants shop by its look, but friendly environment. Let's all get something Bose today!
