    MATERIALS

    When switching to more responsible materials, we focus on recycled sources and better chemicals. 74% of the plastic in Heston 60’s main unit is recycled, made from preloved products including used electronic devices and water bottles. Heston 60 is also entirely PVC-free, including all the electrical cords. We use recycled pre-consumer Neodymium, a Rare Earth Element, in all our driver magnets. These Rare Earth Elements come from pre-consumer recycled materials, sourced from industrial waste.

    We want everything we make to last longer. This means taking responsibility for our products throughout their lifecycle, improving features that will help prolong their lifespan, as well as using safe and responsibly sourced materials in both product and packaging design. Your Marshall product should be enjoyed for years to come, so we build our products to be rugged enough to withstand everyday wear and tear. Heston 60 is ready for next-generation Bluetooth LE Audio technology and you can download OTA updates so that your product always has the latest software. Through the website we also offer authorised repair services, including the main board (PCBA), I/O board (PCBA), drivers, logo, top panel assembly, and side cap assembly (left + right).

    Got directed here by Factory Sound in South Melbourne and finally found the 2.5mm/3.5mm cable I need. The lady who served me was great. Keen to help and friendly.

    It was interesting that the gentleman I talked to on the phone sounded like a friendly community middle aged uncle (no offence intended). After I'd parked, I was looking for a shop that's got the similar vibe to Factory Sound. When I stepped into the shop, my oh my, the contrary of what you had in mind and the reality lol
