    MATERIALS

    When switching to more responsible materials, we focus on recycled sources and better chemicals. 79% of the plastic in Heston Sub 200’s main unit is recycled, made from preloved products including used electronic devices, toys, and water bottles. Heston Sub 200 is also entirely PVC-free, including all the electrical cords. We have used a durable and DMFa-free, water-based vegan leather that is safer for the people in production and the environment. We use ferrite magnets in all our drivers—strong, reliable, and completely free from Rare Earth Elements.

This means taking responsibility for our products throughout their lifecycle, improving features that will help prolong their lifespan, as well as using safe and responsibly sourced materials in both product and packaging design. Heston Sub 200 is ready for next-generation Bluetooth LE Audio technology and you can download OTA updates so that your product always has the latest software. Through the website we also offer authorised repair services, including the main board (PCBA), I/O board (PCBA), drivers, rear panel assembly, and paper fret (left + right).

    Got directed here by Factory Sound in South Melbourne and finally found the 2.5mm/3.5mm cable I need. The lady who served me was great. Keen to help and friendly.

    It was interesting that the gentleman I talked to on the phone sounded like a friendly community middle aged uncle (no offence intended). After I'd parked, I was looking for a shop that's got the similar vibe to Factory Sound. When I stepped into the shop, my oh my, the contrary of what you had in mind and the reality lol
