    When designing, we prioritise durability, repairability, and replaceable components to extend product lifespan and reduce waste. Bromley 450 comes with an easily replaceable LFP battery¹, featuring adaptive charging technology that helps protect battery health over time. You can purchase replacement batteries at marshall.com.

    ¹ Bromley 450 uses a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, free from cobalt and with minimal nickel content (~0.25%). This reduces reliance on some critical raw materials linked to social and environmental challenges. Battery still contains lithium and other critical minerals. Compared to conventional Lithium-Ion (Li-ion) batteries, LFP offers a longer cycle life and enhanced safety, with a significantly lower risk of thermal runaway. The trade-off is that LFP technology is generally heavier and has lower energy density, which is why Li-ion remains common in devices where weight and compactness are key. For applications where durability and sustainability matter most, LFP is a strong choice. Please recycle old batteries and electronic products responsibly.

    RECYCLED CONTENT

    Bromley 450 contains 15% recycled material by weight¹, reducing the need for virgin resources. This helps minimise environmental and social impacts associated with raw material extraction and processing. Using recycled content also helps lower carbon emissions compared to producing virgin materials².

    ¹ Includes post-consumer recycled ABS, post-consumer recycled PC-ABS, pre-consumer recycled aluminium alloy, pre-consumer recycled praseodymium–neodymium (rare-earth elements), and post-consumer-recycled polyester. Calculations are based on total product weight, excluding accessories and packaging.

    ² Industry data indicates recycled materials generally have a lower carbon footprint than virgin materials; actual reductions vary by material and process.

    HOW LOUD IS BROMLEY 450, AND WHAT KIND OF SOUND PERFORMANCE SHOULD I EXPECT COMPARED TO BROMLEY 750?

    Bromley 750 is designed both to sound and look good in and outdoors, while Bromley 450 is more tailored to be used outdoors and around your home. This is something that’s been considered when it comes to the acoustics. The sound character control knob on Bromley 750 is perfect for adjusting the sound to fit both in and outdoors, while Bromley 450 doesn’t have that feature. Each product features a 360 True Stereophonic acoustic concept with Marshall signature sound. Bromley 450 has a max SPL of 100dB @ 1m.

    HOW EASY IS BROMLEY 450 TO TRANSPORT, AND DOES IT HAVE WHEELS OR CARRYING HANDLES?

    Bromley 450 comes with a handle for easier transportation but does not include wheels.

    The playtime is 40+ hours on mid volume. The battery is swappable if you want to prolong the playtime. Please note that playtime depends on many factors such as temperature, type of music and EQ settings.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE THE BATTERY ON BROMLEY 450, AND CAN IT BE USED WHILE CHARGING?

    The battery can be charged both in the speaker or separately. The speaker also works without the battery plugged in when using the AC power. It takes 3.5 hours to fully charge the battery.
