    Using all the design codes of the Sopra line, Sopra Center naturally finds its place in your environment. A true extension of the home cinema experience, this bass-reflex centre speaker reproduces voices, music, sound effects and various sound effects with precision and finesse. It brings perfect coherence between the visual image and the soundstage.

    Sopra Center harmoniously completes a Sopra Home Cinema installation, delivering consistent technology and performance, for perfect dialogue intelligibility. The same sound from one side of the picture to the other is reproduced without any variation in timbre.

     

    SOPRA TECHNOLOGIES

    Made in France in our workshops, the loudspeakers feature the famous “W” diaphragms, and the tweeter is equipped with a pure Beryllium inverted dome for silky highs. The wooden cabinet is crafted by our cabinetmakers in our French workshops in Bourbon-Lancy, Burgundy.

    Sopra Center loudspeaker stands are 61 cm high. They raise and enhance the value of the loudspeakers, which are mounted on a vibration-damping metal plate for optimum stability. With their matte black aluminum finish and deep black glass base, these stands are in perfect aesthetic harmony with the entire Sopra line.

    Perfectly defined midrange and bass

    By developing and manufacturing its own membranes, Focal pushes the limits of innovation in acoustics. The sandwich “W” membrane of the loudspeakers plays an essential role in sound reproduction. It consists of two sheets of glass placed on either side of a central foam body; a sandwich construction that enables us to master the three key parameters of a good loudspeaker: lightness, rigidity and damping. This flagship membrane of Focal know-how perfectly optimizes the frequency response curve, providing low distortion and total listening transparency. Sound is the ultimate in precision.

    BÉRYLLIUM TWEETER
    For exceptional treble

    Membrane shape and materials are essential for high-fidelity reproduction. For exceptional treble, our engineers have developed the Béryllium inverted dome tweeter in pure Beryllium. Thanks to its unrivalled rigidity, Beryllium is the material of choice for high-frequency loudspeakers. Developed and patented by Focal, the pure Beryllium inverted dome is capable of covering more than five octaves (1,000 – 40,000 Hz) for perfect perception of micro-details.

    Got directed here by Factory Sound in South Melbourne and finally found the 2.5mm/3.5mm cable I need. The lady who served me was great. Keen to help and friendly.It was interesting that the gentleman I talked to on the phone sounded like a friendly community middle aged uncle (no offence intended). After I'd parked, I was looking for a shop that's got the similar vibe to Factory Sound. When I stepped into the shop, my oh my, the contrary of what you had in mind and the reality lolIt's a fancy pants shop by its look, but friendly environment. Let's all get something Bose today!
